  • Design templates, toolkits, and resources for internal and client use

  • Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers and Content Leads to bring concepts to life

  • Adapt brand systems across multiple clients while maintaining consistency and polish

  • Prepare assets for paid social, email, web, and presentations as needed

  • Organize files and maintain clean, scalable design systems

  • Strong understanding of social-first design and platform nuances

  • EXPERT level in Canva

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Solid typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills

  • Experience designing for both organic and paid social

  • Ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines and performance goals

  • Strong time management skills and comfort juggling multiple clients with quick turnarounds

  • Bonus points for motion, basic animation, or light video editing experience

Why You’ll Love Working at Summerside

  • Hospitality-focused work that’s creative, visual, and fun

  • A collaborative, remote-first team that values clarity and creativity

  • Exposure to boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and standout restaurants

  • Thoughtful workflows that respect focus time and quality work

  • Room to grow creatively as the agency continues to scale

Compensation

  • $20–$25/hourly, full-time, non-exempt (up to 40 hours/week)

    • Final rate based on experience, portfolio strength, and hospitality background
