Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic social media plans for clients, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.

  • Create compelling, original copy tailored to each client's distinct voice.

  • Oversee visual content creation in collaboration with photographers, designers, and videographers.

  • Plan and maintain content calendars across multiple clients and industries.

  • Build and manage influencer relationships, negotiating partnerships and tracking performance.

Account Leadership & Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for social media deliverables, bringing a confident and professional presence to every client interaction.

  • Engage with client communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned way.

  • Align content with broader marketing strategies, working cross-functionally across teams.

  • Deliver high-quality work on time, consistently, across multiple accounts.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze social media KPIs and translate data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Provide regular performance reports to clients with thoughtful recommendations and improvements.

  • Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends, adapting strategies proactively.

  • Optimize both paid and organic content for meaningful engagement and strong ROI.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of social media management experience, agency-side preferred.

  • Industry experience in hotel or restaurant marketing is highly preferred.

  • A strong design background with demonstrated ability to produce polished, brand-consistent creative in Canva. Adobe Suite experience is a bonus.

  • Strong copywriting skills: creative, strategic, and original (AI is welcome as a tool, not a crutch).

  • Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms.

  • Deep platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Loomly, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.

  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality our clients rely on.

  • Working knowledge of paid social strategies, including post boosting and ad campaign management.
